As a live wedding painter I create hand-painted watercolour guest portraits and couple illustrations, capturing the joy and style that they bring to your special day. These personalised wedding drawings become a cherished wedding favour that your guests will treasure forever.

Live Illustrations are perfect for;

Weddings, Hens Parties, Baby Showers, Birthdays and Special Events.

  • An illustration with two people takes around 12 minutes. This means I will complete 5 couple illustrations (10 guests) per hour.

  • Email me for a custom quote. There is no limit to how many guests I can illustrate. Some guests will be completed at the wedding and the remaining guests will be completed in my studio

  • If you’re planning a big wedding and would love live guest portraits, there are two ways we can make it work:

    Example: A 130 guest wedding

    Option 1 – Everyone drawn

    • I will draw around 40 guests live during 4 hours at your wedding.

    • The remaining 90 portraits will be lovingly completed in my studio the following week.

    • Once finished, I’ll post them back to you so you can share them with your guests.

    Option 2 – Live portraits at the wedding only (no studio time)

    • I will draw up to 40 guests live during 4 hours at your wedding.

    • Once I’ve reached 40 portraits, I’ll be booked out for the day.

  • The quote is based on the number of guests not the number of illustrations.

    Each illustration can have 1 or 2 guests.

  • Each illustration is completed on A5 watercolour paper.

  • The perfect time for live illustrations is immediately after your ceremony while guests are mingling before the reception starts.

  • Any remaining illustrations will be completed in my studio and posted back to the newlyweds on completion.

    The amount of illustrations completed at the wedding and at my studio will be agreed on prior to the wedding.

  • Guest illustrations completed on your wedding day will be given to your guests in person to take home. Illustrations completed in my studio will be posted to the Newlyweds on completion.

  • The best place for my table is out of the rain and the wind and close to the cocktail area where it is easy for the guests to see me after the ceremony.

  • I need a medium size table (min 80cmx80cm) and a chair.

  • I am based in Byron Bay, NSW Australia

  • I am available to travel. Please contact me with your location and venue and I can provide you with a quote for the travel costs.

  • I offer a range of wedding illustration services including customised table cloths, bridal party shoes and bouquet illustrations.
